Client can opt for a refund or cancellation of any running offer, prior to its expiry, by paying the actual amount of services utilised, as per the rate chart on all the discounts provided till date shall be waved off.

super drycleaners, reserves the right to approve and cancell any package or offer , even prior to its expiry.
--Terms n conditions --

1. By Purchase, customer agrees to terms.

2. All articles accepted at customer's risk.

3. Though we shall take proper care yet we claim no guarantee for stain removals.

4. If any article is damaged badly or lost liability of super remains to providing 1\4 th of the actual market value of that article, as compensation.

5. Super does not hold any responsibility for anything left in pockets of articles.

6. Articles athat remained unclaimed by customers till 2 months from date of delivery, shall be donated to the needful.

7. Terms on the receipt or on display at counter are applicable.Vouchers to be used only as per specifications on them.

8. Amount on higher side voucher value has to be paid and amount on the lower side of the voucher value will not be Reinbursed.

9. Article of lower value is to be considered as free.

10. Free Home-service available on 5 or more articles and on upfront payment. for articals below 5 in count Rs. 100 as home service charges will be aplicable

11. 1 voucher to be used on 1 bill and on a single day.

12. Vouchers , card and account cannot be clubbed .also no clubbing with other packages.Customer can use any 1 of the benefits at 1 time. Either account , or voucher, or card.

13. Sofa cleaning and home-service are subject to availability of dates.

14. Rates as per rate chart on applicable. Rates may get revised anytime without intimating .

15. Only fabric articles that can be processed in machine are covered in package.Leather, suede and carpet are not covered.

16. Refund , on cancellation of any package , will be made after adjusting the bills as per actual rates on website, without any discount or free service. Free services and discounts availed by the customer, will be paid as actual rates.

17.In case of any wear & tear, no claim or compensation shall be provided. Only repair shall be provided.

18. Please make the payments and vouchers in advance at the time of pickup.

19. Pickup and deliver dates are tentative.

20. Timings:10:30AM - 8:00 PM (TUESDAYS OFF)

21. Vouchers can be redeemed only at selected outlets only .

22. Process time varies according to workload. Off season 2-3 working days. Season (october-february)-4-5 working days. Peak season(march -may,when woolens are packed)-15-20 working.

23. Only one voucher to be used on same date. Not to be clubbed with other vouchers.

24. Bill generated means these terms accepted by customer.

--Shipment Policy--
Date & Time of pickup n delivery orders are tentative through all deliveries are generally processed as per the date on receipt client shall be informed about the appx time via sms on same day. pickup orders shall be processed next or next to next days,as per order traffic and client shall be informed about date & time via sms.
