What you will need
A five-year renewable business tie-up with a three-year lock-in period. Own or lease approximately 300 sq. ft. or more for the service counter, storage racks and steam-pressing table. Leased units require a five-year lease agreement.
Fixtures, fittings, boards, computers, printers, CCTV and steam-pressing equipment are arranged by the franchisee according to Super Dry Cleaners’ defined parameters.
Tea and coffee vending facilities, drinking water and other customer conveniences are provided by the franchisee as per brand standards.
People & operations
The franchisee recruits the staff. Super Dry Cleaners can assist with recruitment where possible and trains appointed staff at no additional cost.
Service-counter operating expenses—including stationery, bags, hangers, electricity, phone and general costs—are borne by the franchisee. Super Dry Cleaners’ operational responsibility is limited to collection, delivery and processing.
